Key Responsibilities:
Communication management:
- Sending reminders and follow-ups.
- Support business development activities, including coordinating with partners and handling inquiries.
- Assist in searching for and selecting new team members.
Partner Assistance:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Partner, including managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Draft correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Represent the partner in meetings and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
Event and Project Coordination:
- Assist in organizing corporate events and team meetings.
- Coordinate project tasks and assist with budget administration and expense tracking.
Administrative Management:
- Maintain and manage databases, shared drives, and CRM systems.
- Prioritize and handle large volumes of tasks, ensuring timely and effective execution of responsibilities.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required, adapting to the needs of a fast-paced, evolving business.
- Social Media Management:
- Create, curate, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
- Develop visually engaging posts and campaigns
- Monitor and update the company’s website for fresh and relevant content.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, with written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in Social Media Management, including content creation for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
- Knowledge in phot editing
- Strong content writing skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Experience in working with executives and providing administrative support is a plus.
- Ability to structure information and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to take initiative and responsibility for tasks.
