Thanks to daily phone negotiations and occasional personal meetings, we have been recovering at least $3,000,000 per month last 2 years. Based in Ukraine, Poland and Germany, we cover for our clients markets of CIS, EMEA and LATAM.
Our company has an open position for a soft collection specialists. Requirements for applicants:
- At least vachelor’s degree;
- Fluent in Ukrainian; Upper-intermediate (B2) level of English (both spoken and written);
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Ability to draft official letters and basic documents;
- Proficiency with CRM systems, G-suite and MacOS.

You will need diligence, patience and endurance to:
- Draft letters, claims and other documents;
- Review and translate documents;
- Work with databases;
- Maintain statistics;
- Work on projects;
- Make daily phone calls and conduct negotiations;
- Discuss projects within the team;
- Communicate with clients in writing;
- Work with the CRM system;
- Execute tasks from senior colleagues.
