The Community You Will Join:
As a Lead Generator focusing on our AI Copilot solutions, you will be an integral part of our business development team. We are seeking a proactive and self-driven individual who can leverage their expertise in lead generation to expand our client base beyond existing channels like Upwork. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities, particularly within the financial services, insurtech, and technology sectors.
A Typical Day:
- Identify and Research Potential Clients: Utilize various tools and platforms to discover companies that can benefit from our AI Copilot solutions.
- Develop Lead Generation Strategies: Create and implement plans to reach decision-makers in our target industries outside of traditional channels.
- Engage with Prospective Clients: Initiate contact through emails and professional networking sites to introduce Graphit’s offerings.
- Track and Report Metrics: Monitor the effectiveness of lead generation activities and provide regular updates to the team.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of developments in AI and our target industries to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Your Expertise:
- Proven Experience in Lead Generation: Demonstrated success in generating high-quality leads, preferably in the technology consulting or AI solutions space.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies tailored to specific industries and client needs.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in crafting compelling messages and pitches to engage potential clients across various platforms.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, lead generation tools, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
- Collaborative Mindset: Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive collective success.
- Self-Motivated and Results-Driven: Proactive in seeking out new opportunities and committed to achieving targets.
