Requirement:
- Proven experience in IT industry as a recruiter more 2 years
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, including sourcing techniques, interview processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Level of spoken English from B1 (used at work)
Responsibilities:
- Review resumes, applications, and portfolios to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Regularly report on recruitment progress and challenges.
