ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ
This role involves ensuring the successful implementation of projects, facilitating cooperation among stakeholders, and monitoring progress to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of institutional capacity-building projects
- Support development of project work plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure that projects are implemented according to plan, within scope, and on budget in coordination with international stakeholders
- Facilitate cooperation among national and international stakeholders involved in capacity-building projects
- Coordinate with government agencies, international organizations, and donors to ensure alignment of efforts
- Organize and lead project meetings, workshops, and other relevant activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that objectives are being met
- Prepare regular reports on project implementation, including challenges and proposed solutions
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify lessons learned to improve future projects
- Identify potential risks to project implementation and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans as necessary
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Master’s degree in Project Management, Public Administration, Law International Relations, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in institutional capacity building or international development
- Experience working with government institutions, international organizations, or donors
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Ukrainian and English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
