We are looking for a person who will take over the administration of our daily tasks and help keep all our processes in order.

Candidate requirements:
- Confident command of written English (from B2).
- Calm and sedentary character.
- Experience working with clients in any format will be highly relevant.
- The ability to effectively express one’s thoughts.
- A creative approach to answering common questions.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of chats for inspection by the quality control department.
- Taking performance indicators of members of the customer support team.
- Maintaining pages with user feedback on interaction with our projects.
- Congratulations to the winners of contests held in our social networks.
- Email correspondence with clients.
- Performing other tasks within the framework of the work of the customer support department.
