What We Expect from You:
- 2+ years of experience in direct (B2B) sales (experience in a startup is a significant plus)
- Experience selling to or working with clients in the UK market
- Proven practical experience communicating with decision-makers
- Experience with HubSpot CRM
- Practical experience in cold calling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
What You Will Do:
- Acquire new clients using the most effective communication channels (cold calls, messaging apps, email)
- Manage client relationships from the first contact to contract signing
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide informational support to clients
- Communicate with clients for surveys, feedback, and follow-ups
- Conduct online and in-person meetings with clients to present the product
- Support clients during the system testing phase
- Maintain the client database in HubSpot
- Identify and optimize ineffective parts of the process in collaboration with the marketing specialist
- Meet task objectives and achieve KPI targets
