The journey:
- Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner's meetings and business reviews)
- Perform analysis to come up with insights to help improve partners performance / decrease preparation time, acceptance time, waiting time and bad rating
- Develop and oversee relationships with Partners performing alongside Account Managers to ensure top level service provided to the clients
- Provide analytical support regarding Partner Operations metrics to the country Partner Operation Manager
- Bring important insights and cooperate with relevant stakeholders to drive important changes which can make partner operations more efficient
- Work alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involve
