About us: Lulando is an emerging brand offering high-quality baby products, with a strong focus on sustainability and certified materials. We sell both in B2C and B2B segments through various marketplaces and our own online shop.
Role Overview: As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, managing, and optimizing our online presence, while also boosting the Lulando brand across B2C and B2B platforms. You will play a key role in increasing sales and expanding brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2C Marketplace Management: Manage and optimize our presence on European marketplaces like Amazon, Otto, eBay, and other relevant platforms.
- Online Shop Management: Oversee and improve the performance of our own Lulando online store.
- B2B Catalog Maintenance: Continuously update and maintain the B2B catalog to ensure accurate product representation for our wholesale customers.
- Digital Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement digital campaigns that drive traffic and sales across platforms.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and sales performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous growth.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless customer journey across all channels, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce, especially with managing marketplaces like Amazon, Otto, or eBay.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and SEO for e-commerce.
- Experience with B2B and B2C models, particularly within the EU market.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in e-commerce tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
