- Communicating and collaborating with recruitment agencies/freelance recruiters for staffing needs;
- Calculating the hours worked by employees with employers;
- Verifying the hours worked by employees with employers;
- Coordinating with the accountant on payments for hours worked;
- Resolving issues within the team;
- Addressing issues with employers during collaboration;
- Interacting with the company owner;
- Reporting on your work.
