We are seeking a Head of Operations to oversee the customer communication department and collaborate with the marketing team and social media managers at Educational platform (vsaworld.com). The role involves daily task assignments, monitoring their execution, and ensuring effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the customer communication department.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and social media managers.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor their completion.
- Ensure clear and effective communication within the team.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Schedule: 6 days a week 15:30 — 00:00 (Kiyv time)
