- Analytical skills: ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Project management: ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking: aptitude for developing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.

Your future tasks:
- Managing a team of SMM specialists and other process participants.
- Content coordination.
- Analysing the effectiveness of the SMM strategy using analytical tools.
- Researching market trends and implementing new approaches to communication with the audience.
- Increasing brand awareness and audience engagement through creative content.
- Interaction with influencers, opinion leaders, and partners for scaling.
- Preparation of performance reports for management.

Will be a plus:
- Willingness to take initiative and suggest improvements.
- Self-organisation and ability to find solutions to tasks on your own
- Strong communication skills
- Proactivity, creativity, responsibility
- English at the Intermediate — Upper-Intermediate, B1-B2 level
- Experience in a leading position in the field of SMM
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
