Tech Stack: JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Material-UI
Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless solutions.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and priorities to ensure the successful delivery of projects within deadlines.
- Advocate for best practices in software development, including clean code, unit testing, and performance optimization.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and the strategic technical direction of the team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in web technologies and the gaming industry, applying relevant innovations to our projects.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience with related technologies.
- Extensive experience with React, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience with Material-UI.
- Proven experience in developing CRM systems and back-office solutions.
- Ability to use Version Control Systems (GIT).
- 1+ year of professional experience with team for min. 2/3 persons.
- Experience working with remote teams.
