Lead Generation Specialist
About us:
Difmark is a P2P platform where users can buy or sell digital goods (game keys, gift cards, top-up cards, software), game accounts, currency (MMO), additional services, and other gaming products without additional fees and intermediaries that are usually involved in such transactions.
The purpose of the role:
To drive lead generation and facilitate smooth interactions between sellers and buyers within the Difmark platform. This role is responsible for identifying new growth opportunities in the gaming industry, generating qualified leads, and contributing to the overall success of the sales pipeline. The individual will ensure seamless communication, proactive market adjustments, and introduce innovative strategies to enhance customer acquisition and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Generating Outbound Leads;
- Providing Contact Data of our Ideal Client Profile, working with Target Audience;
- Communicating with prospects via social media, Email, creating templates for social media/email outreach;
- Chat with potential clients in English, address their questions and requests;
- Reveal client’s needs, send proposals to prospects;
- Email/Social media outreach;
- Create and maintain the Lead database (EU/US market);
- Perform prospects' qualification;
- Proper using CRM (leads database);
Requirements:
- Written and spoken English: at least Upper-Intermediate;
- Basic knowledge of Gaming field;
- Excellent communication skills, you are proactive and full of ideas;
- Have strong attention to the details;
- Adjust according to the market, and propose new tactics.
Nice to have:
- 6−12 months of experience in lead generation;
- Experience with any CRM, any messaging automation tool;
- Basic knowledge of search automation and data enrichment.
