We are looking for an Operations Support Specialist to help manage our daily activities and support key projects. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone at a junior level who is ready to make an impact and grow with us. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage essential day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth operations and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Organize lead data, track ongoing opportunities, and help build and maintain our lead management system.
- Research and identify key blogs, social media platforms, and other channels to engage with users, gather feedback, and foster a community around our offerings.
- Support project management for the software engineering team by coordinating deadlines, deliverables, and maintaining project workflows.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and meeting notes to keep project information organized and easily accessible.
- Coordinate scheduling, handle calendar management, and assist executives with prioritizing tasks and appointments.
- Conduct research on new tools, technologies, and growth opportunities that can enhance our business processes.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on goals and objectives throughout the company.
- Proactively own smaller tasks and projects, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
- Assist in recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling candidate interviews, and helping with onboarding.

Qualifications:
- Tech-savvy and capable of quickly adapting to new tools and technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and self-starter mindset.
- Problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn and grow.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and effectively adjusting priorities as needed.
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
