Requirements:
- English — B1+;
- University degree in law;
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of law;
- Knowledge of corporate, civil, commercial and labor law.

Responsibilities:
- Legal support of the Customer’s operational activities;
- Providing oral and written advice on legal issues;
- Preparation of legal documents (drafting of appeals, inquiries, claims, petitions, applications, etc.);
- Drafting decisions, protocols, and other documents;
- Conducting legal due diligence (drafting) of draft agreements and already concluded agreements;
- Developing and reviewing internal (local) acts (policies, regulations, rules, instructions, orders, etc.) for compliance with applicable laws, case law, and informing about changes in legislation;
- Providing legal assistance in the process of concluding and executing civil law transactions (analyzing documents, participating in negotiations, drafting contracts, and other documents);
- Providing legal assistance in obtaining licenses, approvals, and other permits;
- Representation of the client’s interests in public authorities and management bodies, before other legal entities and individuals;
- Legal assessment and analysis of the Client’s business activities in order to minimize and eliminate potential legal risks;
- Providing other services in the field of law, in accordance with the Client’s instructions.
