Right now we are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will work with various clients across different industries and countries, conducting cold outreach and managing newsletters.
The ideal candidate is passionate about email marketing, possesses a keen eye for detail, and has a strong understanding of cold email marketing and consumer behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Email Outreach: Campaign creation, including writing compelling text, exporting leads and daily checks of campaigns.
- Newsletter Management: Oversee the creation, distribution, and analysis of client newsletters, ensuring timely delivery and engagement.
- Campaign Creation and Execution: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns from start to finish, including crafting compelling content, designing attractive templates, and managing email lists.
- Data Analysis and Optimization: Track email performance metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- 0.5+ years of experience in Email Marketing.
- Experience with cold email outreach.
- Knowledge of mailbox set up process and at least one email marketing platforms for cold outreach (e.g., Lemlist, Smartleead)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, with a focus on email marketing.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.

Sift Skills required:
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, with a focus on achieving goals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Intuitive and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Minimum of intermediate-level English proficiency.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
