Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Management: -Organize and oversee air and sea freight shipments to ensure timely delivery. -Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. • Customs Clearance:
- Coordinate all customs clearance processes for both domestic and international shipments.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and resolve any issues that arise during the clearance process. • Order Planning and Control:
- Plan and manage procurement activities, including the negotiation of contracts, to maintain consistent supply.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking as necessary, ensuring uninterrupted supply for production or sales. • Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and systematic documentation for all procurement activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Provide regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supply chain efficiency. • Systematic and Detail-Oriented Approach:
- Apply a structured, organized approach to manage procurement processes and logistics efficiently.
- Ensure all procurement actions are precise, error-free, and comply with internal procedures and industry regulations.

Requirements:
- Experience in organizing air and sea shipments.
- Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with a systematic and detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in managing procurement documentation and reports.
