We are a Dubai-based digital marketing agency that works with clients across the globe in diverse industries, from luxury brands to tech innovators. We specialize in crafting tailored digital marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement. We are currently looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Manager to join our remote team and manage Instagram and LinkedIn for our international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Design:
- Design visually captivating posts using Canva, adhering to the distinct branding of each client across various industries.
- Create engaging and dynamic content for Instagram and LinkedIn, including feed posts, stories, carousels, and video content.
- Content Calendars & Copywriting:
- Develop comprehensive monthly content calendars for multiple clients, including copywriting for posts and stories that reflect their unique brand voices.
- Write compelling, on-brand captions and content for Instagram and LinkedIn that resonate with diverse target audiences.
- Community Management:
- Actively engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions across Instagram and LinkedIn for various clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with followers, clients, and influencers in relevant industries.
- Social Media Scheduling & Reporting:
- Schedule posts and stories across multiple accounts using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
- Monitor social media performance and provide detailed reports on growth, engagement, and content performance to optimize strategy.
- Growth Strategy & Engagement:
- Develop and execute tailored growth strategies aimed at increasing engagement and followers across different clients' Instagram and LinkedIn profiles.
- Analyze trends and social media metrics to refine content and boost overall performance, ensuring alignment with each client’s marketing goals.Qualifications & Requirements: • Social Media Savvy, with a strong focus on Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Excellent design skills using Canva or similar tools.
- Strong copywriting abilities, with an understanding of crafting brand-specific messaging.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts across various industries, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media trends and a passion for community engagement and brand building.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
