Job responsibilities:
- based on the company’s business strategy, develop and manage local channels in the target regional market (Ukraine)
- gain deep insights into the competitive landscape of the target market, stay abreast of market trends, formulate and implement business strategies to effectively achieve brand channel expansion and sales targets
- сonduct comprehensive analysis and evaluation of market feedback information, combine with the company’s current situation and development direction, formulate corresponding marketing strategies for the regions under jurisdiction, further enhance brand awareness
- develop a phased regional channel expansion plan, organize and implement it, and ensure the progress and realization of strategies
- collaborate with agents to create effective product launch plans, channel development, and maintenance plans, and be able to track execution and gradually optimize them
- coordinate with headquarters Ukraine team to integrate resources for customer demand follow-up and maintenance, ensuring positive and long-term sell-in/sell-out at both the customer and channel ends

Qualifications:
- bachelor’s degree or above, preference given to candidates with majors in marketing management, international trade, overseas affairs
- 5−10 years of experience in consumer electronics (best in 3C accessories), retail, home appliances, priority given to those with team management experience
- excellent logical thinking ability, communication coordination skills, as well as market insight capabilities, proactive attitude towards work, ability to effectively break down and execute complex tasks
- fluent English speaking skills
