We are looking for an SMM Manager to elevate our social media strategy and enhance our digital presence.

Employment Type:
- Full-time
- Main working hours: EST zone, 08:30—17:00, with the option to start and finish earlier
- Remote work.

Compensation:
- Competitive hourly-based salary

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SMM strategies and content plans
- Create engaging scripts and video content for Stories, Reels, and TikTok
- Manage social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.
- Write articles for publication on relevant platforms
- Collaborate with influencers and opinion leaders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously generate fresh ideas
- Analyze performance data and produce detailed reports

Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of SMM experience (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, influencer marketing)
- Experience working with US, Canadian, or Western European markets
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (C1 level or higher)
- Strong copywriting skills in English (for posts and articles)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Figma, Photoshop, etc.)
- Basic video editing skills (for Stories/Reels/TikTok)
