Current Team Composition:
You will join our skilled team under the guidance of a talented project manager and development team.
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills (communicating directly with a client)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy in reviewing and publishing content
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML
- Willingness to learn new tools, trends and content best practices
- Able to adapt to feedback and iterative content changes
- Ability to think creatively and propose solutions or improvements to content creation requirements.
- Ability to identify gaps or issues in client provided briefs and suggest improvements to ensure content is engaging, clear and aligned with brand objectives.
- Upper Intermediate English.

Responsibilities:
- The role combines the responsibilities of a content manager, project management assistant and customer support specialist.
- Experience in e-commerce is an advantage.

Work Schedule:The core hours are from 11:00 to 20:00 (Kyiv time), with a preference for availability from 12:00 to 21:00. Flexibility to meet the company’s business needs and time zone requirements is essential.
