Position Overview
We’re looking for a customer-focused professional to provide technical support during evening hours, handling customer inquiries while managing administrative tasks during quieter periods.
Key Details
- Shift Hours: 18:00 — 00:00 GMT
- Work Pattern: Staggered shift schedule, i.e. day on day off etc.
- Location: Remote
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to customers via multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly
- Process and document customer feedback
- Collaborate with our existing support team in Ukraine
- Complete administrative tasks during slower periods
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
- Contribute to improving support documentation and processes
Administrative Tasks (During Quieter Periods)
- Update customer records and documentation
- Assist with knowledge base maintenance
- Process customer feedback reports
- Support team scheduling and coordination
- Manage menus and stock data entry
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience (1+ years preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently during evening hours
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems
- Experience with customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Hubspot or similar)
Desired Skills
- Previous experience in a technical support role
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting techniques
- Experience working in a global team
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Previous remote work experience
