Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for a variety of mediums including websites, email campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.
- Craft mouthwatering descriptions of pastry recipes, baking courses, and e-books that entice and inspire our audience.
- Collaborate with our marketing and creative team to develop engaging content strategies that align with our brand’s tone and message.
- Research current trends in the baking and pastry industry to ensure our content is relevant, accurate, and innovative.
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a copywriter, particularly in the baking, pastry, or culinary industry.
- Exceptional writing skills in English, with a strong ability to adapt tone and style to different types of content.
- Passion for baking and pastry—you should know the difference between ganache and glaze, and be excited to write about them!
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to optimize content for search engines.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently, while being open to feedback and collaboration.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work related to baking, pastry, or food writing is a must.
