We are looking for a Business Development Manager for a European investment and consulting company specializing in financing and managing legal processes in international export-import disputes with CIS countries.
We need a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit who will work closely with stakeholders, manage lead-generation processes, and explore new business avenues.
Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Identify and analyze stakeholders (e.g., associations, law firms, industry experts) to establish mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Develop tailored programs for cooperation, conduct meetings, and attend industry events to expand our network.
- Monitor and evaluate collaboration effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
Lead Generation and Management
- Design and optimize lead generation processes, including target market segmentation and funnel management.
- Prepare and A/B test proposals, manage CRM data, and communicate effectively with prospective clients.
- Assess the performance of lead channels and improve processes based on analytics.
Business Opportunities Exploration
- Continuously research market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Engage in relevant associations and professional communities to enhance our brand visibility.
- Drive product/service expansion by assessing market demand and profitability potential.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategies for business growth and reaching new audiences
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead management tools (Pipedrive, Hubspot, etc.).
- Ability to focus on set goals and see initiatives through to completion.
- Drive to find optimal ways to achieve objectives with minimal resource expenditure.
- Familiarity with market research and data analysis.
