Tasks:
- Financial Operations Management:
- Developing a financial management strategy for the company, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitoring and analyzing financial metrics, preparing financial reports, and providing analytical data to management.
- Optimizing working capital and managing cash flow.

2. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensuring the company’s compliance with EMI and VASP licensing requirements and other regulatory standards in the financial industry.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements in payments and cryptocurrency.
- Maintaining effective relationships with regulatory authorities and auditors, ensuring transparency in financial operations and data.

3. Financial Strategy and Investment:
- Developing and implementing an investment strategy considering cryptocurrency market specifics and associated risks.
- Evaluating the financial viability of new projects and company initiatives.

4. Risk Management and Analysis:
- Identifying and assessing risks related to financial operations, cryptocurrency volatility, and regulatory changes.
- Developing risk management strategies to mitigate negative impacts on financial performance.

5. Team Management and Personnel Development:
- Recruiting, training, and developing the finance team to ensure optimal task distribution and skills enhancement.
- Setting clear goals and KPIs for employees within the finance department.

6. Process Optimization:
- Assessing and optimizing the company’s financial processes to improve efficiency and speed of operations.
- Ensuring the security and efficiency of IT systems and infrastructure used for processing financial operations and client data.

Requirements:
- Significant experience in financial management and/or accounting, including experience in finance, payments, or cryptocurrency industries.
- Leadership experience, including managing finance teams.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to EMI and VASP licenses and other regulatory norms in the financial industry.
- Proven experience in effectively managing and motivating a finance team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to senior management and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and crypto trading principles.
- Experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges and payment systems in the crypto sphere.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on new technologies and trends in finance and cryptocurrency sectors.
- Ability to apply innovation in financial processes and company strategy.
