REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum age of 22.
- HIGHER EDUCATION IN ENGLISH PHILOLOGY, preferably pedagogical.
- Passion for teaching.
- At least 1 year of experience teaching English TO ADULTS ONLINE.
- Strong communication skills, conscientiousness, responsibility, and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to learn and teach using a new methodology (recommendations for its improvement are welcome).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct personalized online English trainings for adults using Oleksii Nakaznyi’s methodology.
- Monitor students' progress and provide quality feedback.
- Prepare for trainings; select and assign homework tailored to specific students' needs.
- Adjust the curriculum and select more suitable materials (when needed).
- Participate in methodological sessions (when necessary).
- Submit weekly reports.
