Requirements:
- Paint takeoff estimation experience (Experience estimating all aspects of paint including walls, trims, door ceiling and other relevant areas)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM EST

The following will be an advantage:
- Knowledge of professional programs (Bluebeam Revu / Planswift)

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately estimate the cost of paint projects, considering labor, materials, and time requirements.
- Review project plans, specifications, and scopes of work to create comprehensive paint estimates.
- Creating summaries, RFIs, updating projects when needed, etc.
- Directly communicating with client/their representatives, following up on project status, changes and updates.
- Ensure estimates are completed within deadlines and meet the accuracy standards.
