Your future responsibilities:
- creation and legal support of the corporate structure in the countries of the company’s business presence;
- obtaining licenses in various jurisdictions;
- modernization of the existing structures in the current geos according to legislative changes and the requirements of the company’s business;
- ensure the legal security of the company’s activities;
- research the legislation regulating the company’s field of activity, in the markets of the company’s activity, and implement changes based on the results of such research;
- manage drafting, negotiation, and verification of commercial and business contracts;
- interaction with external local providers of legal services;
- arrangement of KYC processes and provision of legal support in bank compliance;
- managed the legal team, setting and monitoring the execution of tasks.

The following skills are important to us:
- higher legal education, master’s degree in law or international law;
- from 5 years of work experience in the legal field, of which 2 years as an in-house lawyer in the iGaming niche;
- command of the English language at the C1 level and above;
- experience in team formation and management — 1 year+;
