Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1) Developing Social Media campaigns, particularly on Instagram and Facebook.
2) Engaging with Customers & Followers.
3) Establishing relationships and building collaborations with social media influencers in the fitness realm to develop a strong network and for better outreach of our brand (Influencer marketing).
4) Keeping an eye out for and following social media trends, audios, and hashtags
5) Doing Competitor Analysis of similar brands on Instagram and Facebook
6) Coming up with and posting unique reels and posts on social media from time to time.
7) Curating and following a monthly social media calendar to improve the brand’s social media game.
8) Strategizing next reel or post ideas for the social media channels and creating hype around the same.
9) Resolving queries through comments or DMs on both Instagram and Facebook in the most creative way possible (avoid repetition of words. Every consumer is unique, we must respond to them in a unique way as well)
10) Use tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite or any other social media marketing tools that you currently use or plan to use.
11) Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity.
Prerequisites for the role:
1) Past experience with using the Canva app
2) Must know how to edit photos and videos for reels.
3) Previous social media management experience.
4) Good at research and reverse engineering.
5) Has experience with writing creative captions and keeping abreast of trends, audios and hashtags on social media
RECOMMENDED:
1) Good with competitor analysis on Instagram and Facebook.
2) Good writing and editing skills.
3) Fitness background would be great.
4) Social Media experience.
Salary: depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time, 8:00 AM PST — 5:00 PM PST
