Additional Information: English (B1+) is essential.
What You’ll Work On: Communications, Databases, Profiles, Scripts, Schedules, Chats
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate Outreach: Engage with team members and clients to ensure timely, clear information exchange.
- Manage Profiles: Oversee online accounts, keeping profiles up-to-date and optimized.
- Plan Schedules: Organize meetings, deadlines, and appointments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Answer Chats: Respond to inquiries and messages, maintaining consistent and professional engagement.
- Write Scripts: Craft concise, effective outlines for varied communication needs.
- Fill Databases: Update and maintain records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Toolset You’ll Use: ChatGPT, CRM, Google Sheets, Instagram, Facebook, Google Calendar
