We’re looking for a skilled individual to join our innovative team, based in NYC.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive BIM models for electrical systems within building projects.
- Leverage industry-leading BIM software (such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks) to design and coordinate electrical systems efficiently.
- Conduct thorough clash detection and resolution to ensure seamless integration of electrical components with other building systems.
- Generate precise quantity take-offs, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry standards and best practices related to BIM and electrical engineering.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a BIM Modeler/Engineer.
- Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks.
- A solid understanding of electrical systems design and installation.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of electrical power distribution systems.
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects, including hospitals, data centers, manufacturing facilities, water treatment plants, commercial, and residential high-rise buildings.
- Salary Range(depends on the results of the final interview with a client): 1000$-2000$
