Job Posting: Part-Time Paid Ads Media Manager (With Full-Time Potential)

We’re looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Media Manager to help manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Position Overview: As a part-time Paid Ads Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media strategies across multiple social platforms. This role offers the potential to become full-time based on performance. You’ll work closely with our Social Media Director/Marketing Director to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with overall brand goals, are optimized for maximum ROI, and use the most effective strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, ensuring they align with overall business goals.
- Ad Creation & Optimization: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives (graphics, videos, copy) and continuously optimize them based on performance metrics.
- Budget Management: Manage ad budgets efficiently to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize ROI across all campaigns.
- Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Develop detailed audience targeting strategies, utilizing demographic, behavioral, and interest-based data to reach the right audiences.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and provide regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Testing & Scaling: Continuously A/B test various campaign elements (ad copy, visuals, targeting) to identify winning strategies and scale successful campaigns.
- Stay Updated on Platform Changes: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and algorithm changes on social media ad platforms to ensure campaigns are optimized accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Deep understanding of ad targeting, segmentation, and audience insights for social platforms.
- Proficiency in advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience managing budgets, tracking spend, and optimizing for ROI.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Experience with creative ad formats (video ads, carousel ads, story ads) is a plus.
