Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of high-quality game elements and features for mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
- Design and implement game architecture, planning and developing functionality that ensures clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Optimize game performance, including memory management and frame rate, to ensure a smooth user experience on mobile devices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (game designers, project managers, and QA) to deliver complete features with high-quality standards.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle—from task assignment and prototyping to deployment and post-launch support.
- Integrate third-party SDKs (e.g., Firebase, Facebook, Amplitude, and analytics tools) to enhance game functionality and user engagement.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Unity development for mobile games, with a strong portfolio of published mobile projects.
- Expert knowledge of C#, Unity APIs, and proficiency in 2D/3D graphics.
- Strong understanding of OOP principles, SOLID, and software design patterns.
- Proven expertise in clean code practices, refactoring, and debugging in complex game environments.
- Experience in performance profiling and optimization for mobile platforms, including scene management and Asset Bundles.
- Advanced knowledge of team development tools, particularly Git.
- Familiarity with data-driven approaches, including analytics, A/B testing, and best practices for data-informed decision-making.
