Lantech Communications, LLC is a leading provider of cable installation services in the telecommunications industry. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Chicago, IL, we’re dedicated to delivering quality service across the USA. Our diverse and growing team of professionals ensures reliable, high-quality installations for our B2B clients in internet and cable TV services.
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our mission-driven company and help us reach new heights as the go-to provider of service installations in telecommunications!
- Position type: full-time, fully remote.
- Work schedule: 8.00 a.m. — 5.00 p.m. (Chicago time) / 4.00 p.m. — 1.00 a.m. (Kyiv time) with flexible break (s).
This role requires a proactive approach to resolving issues, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications:
- English level: C1 or higher, with excellent verbal communication skills is a must.
- Knowledge of Spanish is not required, but would be appreciated.
- Knowledge of Ukrainian / Russian is not required, but would be appreciated, as we have lots of Ukrainian-speaking team members. =)
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Apps (Calendar, Gmail, Google Sheets, etc) would be a plus.
- Personal computer or laptop, headphones and a reliable internet connection.
- Time-planning skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing questions, service requests, and troubleshooting inquiries (verbal communication via corporate phone system).
- Coordinate with technical and operational teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Track, document, and update customer interactions.
