About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager with English language skills to join a new Jooble startup that helps build large-scale advertising campaigns for the biggest players in the job niche in the US and EU markets.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure and existing client management;
- identifying and contacting potential clients through email and LinkedIn, categorising leads, understanding their needs and potential, and negotiating terms of cooperation;
- building and keeping strong, long-lasting client relationships, looking for ways to grow advertising campaigns and discussing possible strategies with clients;
- tracking the performance of current campaigns and adjusting agreements to meet business goals;
- researching new business models, learning from industry leaders, and implementing innovative strategies.
Your Skills:
- at least 2 years of experience in sales/business development;
- advanced English, fluent Ukrainian;
- excellent business communication and argumentation skills;
- strong analytical skills with the ability to work with statistics, draw data-driven insights and apply them in negotiations;
- high productivity, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines;
- understanding of terms like traffic, conversion, CPC, CPA, revenue, profit, and ROMI is a plus.
