?What needs to be done?
- strategic planning (analysis of competitors, development of ToV, planning of activities in social networks — AMA, podcasts, guides, contests);
- content (writing the content plan, developing technical specifications for the designer, publishing content);
- communicate (weekly sprints with the Team Lead SMM, communication with the PM, with the client, with the translator/proofreader);
- report (monthly reporting on projects, analysis and analytics of content effectiveness).

??Without which it will be impossible to complete the assigned tasks:
- SMM experience (management of Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Medium, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit);
- experience in managing WEB3 projects;
- English level from B2;
- work experience in a marketing agency will be a significant advantage.
