They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join HR team. Role Summary:
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our Company. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and HR Team to understand job requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screen CV, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications through interviews and technical assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams, providing detailed feedback and recommendations on candidate suitability.
- Negotiate job offers, conduct reference checks, and facilitate the hiring and onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and tailor recruitment strategies to attract top talent (including hiring for Executive positions).
- Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and candidate engagement approaches.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and candidate pipelines to the executive team.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar recruiting role, preferably in the technology industry.
- General knowledge of IT roles, technologies, programming languages, and industry-specific skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- English (upper intermediate +)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of recruiting CRM.
- Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus.
