Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in truck dispatching (USA market)
- Familiarity with Dry Van trailers
- Ability to manage loads for 5+ trucks simultaneously with strong gross results
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) for working with brokers and drivers in various situations
- Knowledge of HOS regulations
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
- You are organized, stress-resistant, and goal-oriented

Responsibilities:
- Finding loads for 5+ drivers simultaneously
- Daily communication with drivers
- Updating brokers with BOLs and PODs
- Managing and updating internal records

Working Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM — 12:00 AM EEST (6 AM — 4 PM CST)
