Job Overview:
The company is looking for a Ringba Call Routing Operations Specialist to oversee and optimize call routing and campaign performance. This long-term position requires a proactive professional who can confidently make data-driven decisions independently. The ideal candidate will ensure clients perform at a high level throughout their work hours, following established SOPs to maintain consistent, results-oriented outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor client performance metrics to ensure optimal outcomes during work hours, making adjustments as necessary to maintain high performance.
- Follow SOPs to set up new call routing targets and configurations, ensuring smooth and efficient call flows.
- Analyze data across multiple sources to make confident, real-time decisions that enhance campaign effectiveness, without requiring oversight or hand-holding.
- Quickly identify and resolve call routing issues to ensure seamless campaign performance.
- Maintain organized, detailed records of routing setups, configurations, and performance data to track ongoing improvements.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Call Routing Operations Specialist or similar role.
- Strong analytical and math skills, with the ability to independently assess data and make informed decisions.
- High degree of self-organization and initiative to stay on top of multiple data points in a fast-paced setting.
- Assertive and proactive approach, with a commitment to staying actively engaged and effective throughout the workday.
- Experience with Ringba or a similar call-routing platform is a plus.
