ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update HR records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare, analyze, and report on HR metrics using spreadsheet software and analytics tools.
- Assist in generating regular and ad-hoc HR reports for management.
- Support the implementation and optimization of HR software systems.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations regarding employee data.
- Contribute to developing efficient HR operational procedures.
- Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide timely assistance.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to drive HR initiatives.
- Assist in administering employee benefits and compensation programs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR operations, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet software.
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
