We’re Hazmob, and we’re on the hunt for a Live Game Development Coordinator to help us keep our FPS projects on track. Bonus points if you have a Unity Developer background (because who doesn’t love some C# magic?).
What You’ll Be Doing (Other than Being Awesome):
- Herding our team of developers and designers like a pro, making sure everyone’s daily tasks are on point (Unity and Maya/Blender will be your besties).
- Watching live screen shares on Slack/Discord like it’s the latest Netflix series—and stepping in with tech support when the plot thickens.
- Keeping the technical and visual gears running smoothly, like oiling a very nerdy machine.
- Making sure the team sticks to Unity pipelines (because chaos is only fun in-game).
- Spotting issues before they blow up and coming up with genius solutions.
- Running daily stand-up meetings to keep the team on the same page (or at least in the same book).
- Reporting weekly progress to the project manager—because someone’s gotta keep track of all the awesomeness.
What We’re Looking For (aka, You’re Perfect If):
- You have serious Unity chops (C# wizardry, optimization, UI development—you know the drill).
- You’ve dabbled in Maya/Blender (or at least know what a keyframe is).
- You’ve managed remote teams without losing your sanity.
- Slack and Discord are like second homes to you.
- You’ve tangoed with version control systems (Plastic SCM, Git, etc.).
- Agile/Scrum? You live for it.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have at least 1 year of Unity Developer experience (we like seasoned pros, but hey, we’re flexible).
- Have worked closely with technical artists and game designers without any «creative differences» drama.
- Can optimize game performance and debug like a champ.
- Have experience building for WebGL and mobile platforms—because the more platforms, the merrier!
