Responsibilities:
- Ad Creation: Develop new ad groups and landing pages for various audiences.
- Self-Initiative: When work is slow, proactively suggest new ideas, learn new skills, or find ways to improve our processes.
- Collaboration: Be a sounding board for ideas and contribute to strategy discussions.
- Performance-Driven: Your compensation will include a wage plus commissions based on ad performance.
- Continuous Learning: Confidently learn and apply new skills as needed.
- AI Utilization: Proficiently use ChatGPT and other AI tools for copywriting and prompt creation to streamline work and reduce errors.
- Problem-Solving: If you encounter challenges, use resources like ChatGPT and Google to find solutions before seeking assistance.

Requirements:
- Availability: Must be available to work up to 40 hours per week with flexibility for fluctuating workloads.
- Dedication: This should be your primary job; we’re looking for someone without other employment commitments.
- Good English Proficiency: Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Reliable Internet Connection: Must have a stable and high-speed internet connection.
- Honesty and Loyalty: Integrity is paramount. If productivity declines due to outside work, termination may result.
- Intellectual Confidence: Believe in your ability to learn and master new skills without fear or intimidation.
- Communication Skills: Feel comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification to ensure thorough and meticulous work.
- Passion for Technology: Comfortable spending long hours in front of a computer, working independently without constant supervision.
- Tech-Savvy: Being a tech/computer person is essential. You should enjoy working with technology and learning new tools.
- Google Ads Experience: Not required but considered a bonus.
- Stable Lifestyle: Seeking individuals who need this job and are looking for a stable, long-term position.
- Time Zone Flexibility: It’s a bonus if you can align some hours with the Eastern US time zone, especially during the initial weeks.

Compensation:

Starting Salary: 40,000 Ukrainian Hryvnia per month.
- Payment Schedule: For the first 3 months, salary will be paid weekly at 10,000 Ukrainian Hryvnia per week to build mutual trust.

Salary Increase: After 3 months, salary will increase to 50,000 Ukrainian Hryvnia per month.
- Payment Schedule: Post 3 months, payments can be made biweekly or monthly, depending on the payment processor and mutual agreement.
- Performance Bonuses: Eventually, when you’re entrusted to create your own campaigns and pages, commissions will be offered based on performance.
