Responsibilities:
- Team (PHP) management: Provide support and development to team members by promoting collaboration and effective communication between developers
- Project planning: Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, set deadlines, and resources
- Technical supervision: Participate in technical decision-making, ensuring high-quality code standards and adherence to best practices
- Requirements management: Review business requirements and refine project details, providing accurate time and work estimates
- Code review: Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve code quality
- Sprint planning: Plan and organize sprints, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time

Should have in-depth knowledge:
- Symfony PHP (at least 5 years)
- MySQL and/or PostgreSQL
- DevOps
- In automated tests writing
- Javascript
- HTML/CSS
- Docker
- Git
- Linux administration
