Position Overview: As the Head of B2B Sales, you will spearhead the creation and development of our B2B sales department. This role is ideal for someone with a proven background in B2B sales, especially in managing and growing sales teams, as well as direct selling experience. You’ll have the opportunity to build a high-performing B2B sales team from the ground up, create strategic partnerships, and drive substantial growth in TechVill’s corporate client base.

Responsibilities:
- Establish B2B Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for B2B sales aligned with TechVill’s growth objectives.
- Build and Lead a Sales Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of B2B sales managers, with a focus on achieving team success.
- Drive Sales Performance: Set team targets and KPIs, ensuring goals are met through best practices and motivation.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, property managers, and other key B2B partners.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure alignment with company strategy and client needs.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve sales objectives.
Requirements:
- B2B Sales Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in a relevant industry (home services, HVAC, construction, etc.) is preferred.
- Sales Team Leadership: Proven success in building and managing a B2B sales team.
- Strong Communication Skills: Effective in engaging with key stakeholders and influencing decision-makers.
- Data-driven: Proficient in sales analytics and CRM tools.
- Strategic Thinker: Able to develop and implement sales strategies that drive results.
- Fluent English Speaker (B2 — C1 Level): Strong English skills for clear communication, handling conversations and documentation confidently.
