Project description: Since 2021, LLC «Consedge Tech» (consedge.com) has been crafting software solutions for clients worldwide in the AEC industry. Our expertise in BIM and VDC, combined with advanced programming skills, allows us to deliver custom solutions beyond standard tools. Our team of engineers and programmers, with 5+ years of experience, has developed over 200 tools for platforms like Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, and Autodesk Platform Services (formerly Forge). We also excel in cloud deployment, database creation, and designing intuitive web interfaces that integrate seamlessly with Revit and other systems.
Technical requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Familiarity with software products and an understanding of the software sales cycle.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and drive profitability.
- Understanding of the software industry, market trends, and competitor landscape.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools to track performance and manage leads.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and seize opportunities.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform sales tactics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand the company’s network and identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective lead management.
- Prepare and present sales reports, analyzing data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Address any client concerns or issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Engage in consultative selling approaches to understand customer challenges and propose suitable software solutions.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances that can enhance sales opportunities and market reach.
