Position Overview:
We are actively seeking an accomplished Senior Marketing Manager to join our innovative team. This pivotal role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience across diverse marketing channels and a proven history of orchestrating successful campaigns. The Senior Marketing Manager will be involved in the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at amplifying brand visibility, enhancing engagement, and driving conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
Development and Implementation of E-commerce Strategies:
- Manage marketing campaigns to increase ticket sales through proprietary platforms (website, app).
- Implement and optimize digital strategies: SEO, SEM, email marketing, content, and targeted advertising.
- Develop and execute sales funnels to maximize conversions.
Working with International Markets:
- Adapt marketing strategies for different regions, including Europe and other international markets.
- Consider cultural characteristics of the target audience and localize content accordingly.
- Collaborate with local partners and contractors.
Analytics and Optimization:
- Utilize analytical tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to analyze sales, traffic, and campaign effectiveness.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement new approaches to increase ROI.
Digital Channel Management:
- Develop and launch creative multi-channel campaigns: contextual advertising, social media, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
- Build remarketing and retargeting strategies to re-engage users.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with developers, designers, and other departments to synchronize efforts.
- Support junior specialists and contribute to their professional development.
Innovation and Trends:
- Stay updated on trends in E-commerce and digital marketing to implement new technologies and approaches.
- Test new tools and promotional methods.
Requirements:
Experience in E-commerce:
- At least 4 years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years focused on online platform sales.
- Proven experience managing campaigns in the e-commerce sector, preferably in international markets.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with SEO, contextual advertising, targeting, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in analytics tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Bing Ads.
International Market Knowledge:
- Ability to adapt marketing strategies for different regions.
- Understanding consumer behavior in European markets.
Additional Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data volumes.
- Creative thinking and results-oriented approach.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
