- Proven experience creating compelling B2B content that drives client engagement and retention. (1−2 years)
- Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with email marketing, SEO, and Website administration platforms like WordPress or Wix.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly content.
- Familiarity with content performance metrics, recruitment, HR metrics, and scaling business models.
- High-level interest in the tech industry, start-up culture, global business trends, and new technologies.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

- Content Strategy: Develop and execute content marketing strategies focusing on valuable content for potential and retaining b2b clients.
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce various content, including newsletters, case studies, white papers, blog posts, email campaigns, video scripts, and infographics aimed at existing clients.
- Client Education: Create educational content (how-tos, best practices, industry updates) that helps clients optimize their use of our staffing solutions.
- B2B platforms: managing company portfolio and reviews. Work on service listings.
- Online presence: Collaborate with SMM manager and designer on service posts and lead generation.
- Collaborate with publishers to create sponsored content on business journal platforms.
- Competitors analysis: Monitor trends and activity within the key competitors, report the data, and transform it into tasks.
- Client retention: develop content for client retention program held by the business development team.
- SEO & SEM Integration: Ensure all content is SEO-friendly, improving visibility and engagement through organic search.
- Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent and professional tone that aligns with the company’s branding and values.
