The Data Entry Processor will be supervised by a manager based in the United States and will have the opportunity to work with colleagues based in Ukraine and the United States.
Who You Are: This entry-level role is ideal for someone with 0−3 years of professional experience in an office environment. A college degree is not required. Strong proficiency in English—covering verbal, reading, and writing skills—is essential. We are looking for sharp individuals who are tech-savvy, have excellent written communication skills, and, most importantly, are eager to learn our data process. An entrepreneurial mindset is a must. You will join a fantastic startup atmosphere with autonomy and room for growth.
- 0−3 years of professional experience in an office environment.
- English proficiency (C1 or C2) is required for this role.
- Must be quick at typing, tech-savvy, comfortable with data entry tasks, and proficient with all Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Candidates with an associate’s degree or higher in a business or technology-related field will be given priority.

Compensation and Benefits Package: This is a full-time, service-based contract position with a monthly salary ranging from $500 to $700 USD, depending on your experience. You will receive 20 days of time off and will be permitted to take time off in full-day increments in coordination with your manager.
Data Entry Processor Responsibilities: The Data Entry Processor will join our data support team and be responsible for sourcing high-tech accounts and applicants. The initial focus of the role will be to qualitatively analyze and fulfill client requirements using our proprietary data entry tools. There will also be opportunities to support research for new methods and processes related to data analysis.
Additional Information: This role is 100% remote with standard Ukrainian business hours.
