The System Administrator will be a key part of Global CRM Management Team. You will be working directly with our customers and other customer facing departments dealing with cutting edge SaaS platform.
- 3+ years experience: Demonstrated proficiency in managing IT systems in a production environment, with expertise in both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with complicated IT environments: Proven track record of navigating and managing various system solutions within complex IT landscapes.
- Expertise in Firewalls and VPNs: Hands-on experience with configuring and maintaining Firewalls and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) to ensure robust security protocols.
- Knowledge of Networking Protocols: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, IPsec, and VoIP protocols to effectively troubleshoot network-related issues.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO): Proficiency in managing user accounts, permissions, and group policies within an Active Directory environment.
- Virtualisation Experience (VMware): Hands-on experience with VMware virtualisation technologies, including setup, configuration, and maintenance of virtualized environments.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to minimise downtime and ensure seamless system functionality.
- Excellent communication skills.
